MINKS Virtual is a premium digital entertainment platform powered by MINKS Cabaret.

The content currently displayed, generated, published, or distributed on MINKS Virtual is created using artificial intelligence (AI), digital rendering technologies, synthetic media generation systems, fictional characters, virtual environments, and/or computer-generated imagery (CGI).

No actual human performers appear in qualifying visual depictions currently published on the platform.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Notice

MINKS Virtual maintains this notice in good faith regarding compliance awareness and platform transparency.

To the extent applicable, MINKS Virtual complies with federal laws and platform standards related to adult-oriented digital content.

However, because current platform content is artificially generated, fictional, synthetic, virtual, digitally rendered, or AI-generated, MINKS Virtual believes that certain record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 may not apply to qualifying synthetic content that does not depict actual human performers.

No actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human performers is intended to be depicted through current AI-generated platform content.

Platform Standards & Prohibited Content

MINKS Virtual strictly prohibits:

Any depiction or simulation intended to portray minors
Any unlawful or exploitative content
Non-consensual content
Deepfake impersonation of real individuals without authorization
Illegal synthetic content
Content violating applicable laws or payment processor policies

MINKS Virtual reserves the right to remove any content that violates platform standards, compliance requirements, or applicable law.

Future Platform Expansion

If MINKS Virtual later permits content involving actual human entertainers, creators, performers, or contributors, additional identity verification, performer documentation, consent records, and legal compliance procedures may be implemented as required by applicable law.

Age Restriction

MINKS Virtual is intended exclusively for adults eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Users under the age of eighteen (18) are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform.
